Returns
At PST Manufacturer INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and it should be returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt. Please note that returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds may be granted:
– Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or have arrived damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@pstmanufacturer.com or call at 804 660-5227 and provide details about the issue. We will guide you on the exchange process and provide further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the gift giver will be informed of the return.
